Chapter 5- Question 5- Dajanka

There are two passages that were very memorable  for me. The first one was the explanation of insurance companies and how their strategy and system works. For me it is very interesting to read about the whole health care in US because the Slovak system works a lot differently. Slovak insurance companies cannot choose their costumers and need to accept anyone who wants to join but US insurance companies seem to be very carful about all the costumers they accept. They have the right to ask you on a lot of personal question and then decide if they want you or not. Then they provide you will full insurance and need to pay even for your very expensive health treatments (surgeries etc.), not in Slovakia though. The second part that got my attention was the one about students from Harvard compared to students from not so noticeable universities and their career after university. I also knew that Harvard has a great name and that it is a super significant brand but i never thought that one degree from a Harvard collage level can help you to do about 60000 more dollars compared to someone who graduated from "regular" college. This fact really explained how big brands basically control the whole society.
